My guiding principle is to always be honest and upfront with my site visitors. My primary aim (and my passion) is to write the best free content to help my fibro visitors find solutions to controlling their fibromyalgia symptoms. My content is based on the protocol I developed over many years for myself which has successfully allowed me to lead a much better quality of life despite having severe fibromyalgia. It has given me many more good days than bad ones.

As part of that protocol, I recommend products from brands I trust and that I have used or still use that I believe helped me with my fibromyalgia symptoms; and, which I believe will be of help in making my visitors lives easier and therefore happier despite their fibro condition.

Most, but not all, of these products are carried on Amazon, a trusted source in my opinion. I therefore chose to become an "Amazon Associate" for my recommended products. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. This results in a small commission for me when you click on one of the Amazon ads in the website. This commission does not increase the price to you. It is therefore, a convenience to you should you decide to purchase by clicking on the Amazon ad link that I have on the page you are reading. These ads are clearly Amazon links and they open in a new window for that product in Amazon. When you are finished, whether you purchase or not, simply close the Amazon page and you will return back to the page on my website that you were reading.

One more important note: Not all the products that I recommend are carried on Amazon.  I have chosen to continue to recommend only the products I use personally rather than select a replacement on Amazon in order to earn a commission. Therefore, you may see images of those products on my website pages for your information, but without a link. I do not earn any commission on these products, but those brands are the ones I hope you use even though it will take more effort on your part to purchase them and there will be no commission for me. You always come first with me.
