The Importance of Non Toxic Products 
with Fibromyalgia 

We have many articles and references to non toxic products in this website.

As a fellow fibro, auto immune and past menopause myself, I believe greatly in the importance of keeping a safe environment in our home and on our bodies. 

Leave out the endocrine disruptors !!
And yes they also disrupt hormones, especially thyroid, estrogen, testosterone, etc. 

This will help us to avoid that additional component where symptoms can be quickly activated due to exposure to toxic substances around us. 

The products listed here are suggestions, and yet they are also great for anyone who wants to protect their health and avoid toxic exposures on a daily basis. 

Non Toxic Liquid Soap with Many Uses 

The first thing I do to maintain a fragrance free environment at home, I use ECOs liquid dish soap and I put that in all of the hand soap containers in the bathrooms
and kitchen.
Some of the most toxic hand soaps reside in public places like restaurants
and grocery stores.
Beware and avoid those. 

Miracle II Body Lotion and Gel

SHOWN BELOW is The absolute best face and body lotion I have used for over 25 years now, it
is called Miracle II .

I have mentioned M2 in many of my videos and both the body lotion AND the gel have only 5 ingredients. The lotion is not greasy and it blends in well.
Uses for 5 ingredient Miracle II LOTION?

Charlie's Laundry Powder 

Keep the endocrine disruptors off your clothes, towels, and sheets. I love Charlie's powder. It is a great fragrance free and hypoallergenic laundry powder that gets clothes naturally clean. 

I like to say "Ask me how I know it's clean?" 

Because it smells like NOTHING!!  
(meaning NO COVER UPS to make you think it's clean) 

The PRE-SPRAY shown here is also great as a stain remover for just about anything. I even use it to clean baseboards around the house, works great, no toxic smells.

Remember also that the word "natural" is often overused and sometimes falsely advertised.
That is why I titled this article, "Non-Toxic" and not "Natural"

Always opt for fragrance free body and laundry products.

WE have to be the change. Choose to be natural, for yourself, your family, and the indoor environments.
